SCHEZWAN CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA RECIPE: Ingredients: - 200g boneless chicken cubes - 1 tsp red chilli powder - 1/4th tsp salt - 7 tbsp Ching's Schezwan Chutney - 1 tbsp lemon juice - 1 tbsp curd - 1/2 tsp garam masala powder - 2 tbsp oil - 1 tbsp chopped ginger - 1 tbsp chopped garlic - 2 chopped green chillies - 1 small chopped onions - 1 tsp red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp garam masala powder - 1 diced onions - 1/2 diced capsicum - 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbsp fresh cream Method: For marinating chicken: 1) In a bowl, take chicken and add red chilli powder, salt and 2 tbsp of Ching's Schezwan Chutney, lemon juice and curd. Mix well and add garam masala powder and oil. Now mix well. 2) Keep aside the marinated chicken for 30 minutes. 3) Once done, drizzle oil in a tray, add marinated chicken onto it and bake it for 7-8 minutes at 220 degrees For Gravy: 4) Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan, ginger, garlic and green chillies. Saute till golden brown. 5) Add onions and cook till its golden brown. Then add tomatoes, salt to taste, red chilli powder, 5 tbsp Ching's Schezwan Chutney and mix well. 6) Now add garam masala powder, diced onions, diced capsicum, coriander leaves and let it cook for 1-2 minutes 7) Add chicken pieces into the gravy and fresh cream.
